A superb bungalow located on third beach at Clifton. The living area consists of a large open-plan kitchen / lounge / dining room, opening on to the pool deck directly above the beach. The dining room seats 8 people, with casual and formal dinner services to suit a variety of dining requirements. The living area is equipped with DVD and DSTV, with a sound system that is connected to indoor and outdoor speakers. The Pool deck has a bar area, outdoor dining area, pool and braai, as well as lounging facilities under palm trees. The bungalow consists of 2 full bedrooms, and a loft bedroom. All bedrooms are fitted with 400 thread-count Egyptian Cotton Linen. Both full bedrooms open directly onto the pool deck, with unimpeded views of the beach. The master suite consists of a King-sized bed, television, two bathrooms, containing both bath, shower and bidet facilities, a dressing room, and private outdoor shower. The bathroom is fully stocked with 450gm bath sheets, towels and hand towels. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, television, and a large separate bathroom with shower and bidet facilities.
